Wazoga is a synergistic combination of athletic stretches, Hatha Yoga, Tai Chi, movement and deep breathing techniques that is formulated especially for the positive development of the young athlete.

Wazoga strengthens the core of the athlete through balancing exercises that enhance agility, encourage confidence and concentration-catalyzing peak performance within sports as well as in all areas of life.
